We serve startup and established nonprofits across California that have formed — or intend to form — as a Public Charity, California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. Whether you are leading an unincorporated purpose generating no revenue yet, or well established earning up to $50,000 annually, we are here to serve you. Since we provide specialized one-on-one document preparation services only, we conduct a thorough eligibility review with each interested applicant before welcoming them into our Incubator. Important Note: At this time, Formation Services are limited to Public Charity Classification seeking California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporations desiring 501(c)3 recognition via Application Form 1023-EZ. We do not help prepare documents for other entity structures, or for organizations that will be classified as private or "public" foundations.All applicants are welcome to apply and re-apply at anytime. Each Discovery Form will undergo careful review before an Eligibility Determination is made.
